Who we are
This website is run by ACME DESIGNS.uk, a Second Life creator. GO2 Self Storage, which rents the Online Lockers, is part of the same business. We are not Linden Lab and this site is not part of Second Life.

What the website keeps

The items themselves never leave your box. The website only holds the list. Nothing can be copied or taken through the website: items are only ever sent to the box's owner.
What it doesn't keep
- No passwords. Login is a one-time code sent to you in Second Life.
- No payment details. Anything you buy is paid for in Second Life or on the Marketplace, never here.
- No advertising, no analytics, no tracking, no web fonts from other companies.
- We don't keep a log of your IP address.
Cookies
One cookie, inv_s, which keeps you logged in for 12 hours. The site can't work without it, so there's
no cookie banner. The site also remembers your SL name, sort order and tiles-or-list choice in your own browser
to save you typing them again; that never reaches us.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare hosts the website and its database, and handles the traffic to it. It processes data only to run the site for us.
- Linden Lab carries the messages between the website and your box, and your login code IM, as part of Second Life.
- Nobody else. Your data is never sold, shared or used for marketing.
How long it's kept
- Your item list: for as long as your box is on the website. "Forget this box" (under Edit) removes one box and its list straight away. The delete button below removes everything.
- GO2 Online Lockers: when your rental ends, your list is kept for 30 days in case you come back, then deleted automatically.
- Delivery history: deleted after 90 days.
- Login codes expire after 5 minutes, logins after 12 hours.
- GO2's own rental record (which locker, when) is kept as a business record, as it is for any GO2 locker.
Your rights
- See it: "Download my list" on your boxes page gives you everything as a spreadsheet. Ask us for anything else.
- Delete it: the button below, any time. Or ask us and we'll do it.
- Correct it or object to it: email us.
- If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We'd rather you told us first so we can put it right.
Delete everything
Log in on the main page first, then come back here. The button appears once you're logged in.
Logged in as . This deletes everything the website holds for you: every box on the site, every item list, your notes, tags, favourites and delivery history. It logs you out.
- Your items are not touched. They stay in your boxes in world, and the boxes keep working there.
- It can't be undone. Want a copy first? Download my list.
- A box that restarts later will ask to join the website again. Press Reject on the site, or take the ACME scripts out of the box, and it won't come back.
